Human Resources Manager Production Manager Logistic Manager Accountants Store keeper Marketing Officers Business Development Executive, Cleaners Security guards GENERAL ATTRIBUTES, Each candidate must be able to provide excellent customer service to complete customers experience Possess ability to apply strategic thought •Scope and challenge existing business policies and practices with appropriate business strategies and seek to continuously improve the services provided by the business. i.e. strive for continuous improvement; bring business understanding / alignment to business policy development and provide a conduit for testing draft policy within the business Candidate for the post of a Business Development must be able to •Ensure high quality customer services are provided consistently, timely, effectively and efficiently to clients, meeting and exceeding agreed service levels •Plan business development strategies, define parameters and ensure to meet set targets and standards •Assess, evaluate and prioritize strategy values adding opportunities •Ensure consistency in the approach and delivery of business development solutions across the business •Champion the identification and deployment of talent in proven, successful strategies •Liaise with management to develop specific business plans •Develop business strategies to achieve required targets •Develop new strategies and programs to attract the most clients •Ensure that the business is adequately managed with the right people, in the right place and at the right timE QUALIFICATION: - BSc/HND/OND with at least a second class lower degree.
