hey guys.....i think going around looking for scratch cards might not solve this issue..please try and use the online solutions......but be sure to have all the necessary details of attachments in PDF FORMATS i.e BIRTH CERT, NECO/WAEC, LOCAL GOVT. ID LETTER, NYSC DISCHARGE CERT., CERTIFICATE FROM UNIVERSITY ETC.
