Topic: PTDF SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION PIN

Guys pls I seriously need help here. How did u guys get ur scratch card or the PIN. I tried using ATM card, but after keying in every necessary code, after some seconds it told me transaction failed that i should contact my bank. But the issue is that I used my sisters ATM card b/c mine is VISA and not VERVE. Thanks
