@titilola, u welcomed..u can send the skul a copy of the notification/congratulatory letter as successful scholar we got earlier and d link to the list..buh i guess de prefer to av ur official letter...dis leavin u with dis options...1)keep calling ptdf informing dem dat ur skul av contacted dem n waiting for reply..2)if u wanto get ur CAS before induction,cos u dont want a rush rush/waiting for long situation...u shud go to Abuja and get it...or3)u can wait cos i was told d letter will b given on day1 or 2 of induction..if u are lucky u can scan it n send it to d skul n get ur CAS befor VISA application...best of luck dear...giving dat u in lagos..u may opt for options 1 or 3

You don't need to waste money travelling to Abuja. and can give them the link to the site where ur name is and tell them you cannot get your sponsor letter now till induction which u hope will be slated for July and that is the usual process of the scholarship body in Nigeria and you can't change this process! But why did u choose to go to Salford of all school when you have free access to limitless money. Most people that go to salfold are limited in funds. Whats happened to Manchester, Newcastle, Bristol, York, Durham, Imperial, UCL, lancaster, warwick universitie? Maybe you should browse what schools that make up the russels group. Those are UK respected schools!Quote:

@sallymos I'm having the same accommodation deposit issue you had with Cranfield; same deadline too. Have you been able to sort it out with them?

olumighty pls call wariso...or better still come down to our PTDF 2012 MSC SCHOLARS for full advice on what guys in your shoes have done.like me i sent the mail containing the notification of our success to the accommodation guys there.and it was settled in a jiffy.,
For guys who have gotten an offer of accommodation from Cranfield University just take the following procedure and you will have your offer accepted by them on your behalf.
1. look for the notification of success and university weblinks emails sent to you by PTDF.
2. forward the emails in 1 above to [email protected]
3. They will email you to tell you your accommodation offer has been accepted on your behave and that they will invoice PTDF on a later date.

@aonwurah jst upload d suxes mail ptdf sent to u and call or email d student support desk officer as often as u can until ur case is sorted out. Guy act smart coz u gat no tym to waste.
Are you already in the UK or would you be in the UK for in the next few months? Can you teach any subject to secondary or post-secondary students( A levels) in the UK and make between £15-£25 per hour to supplement your pocket money? Then register for free at http://www.collegetutors.co.uk/tutor_reg0.php and wait for students in the UK to contact you for private teaching. Even if you are not already in the UK with no specific address. You can still register with the speculated town that you are going to be in.
