@ike4moni, remember that you are required to convert to PDF b/4 uploading. you can download the PDF converter with this link

after downloading, right click on your document you want to convert then click on create PDF and bitmap files with PDF creator, to convect your files. It is simple and easy,i used it to upload mine.all the best.

@Chuma tanx, i've downloaded the PDF converter, but i ve not been to reduce the files i already have in PDF. hw do i use the converter to do that? Tanx

@ike4moni: If the files are scanned, use Microsoft Office Picture Manager to edit em before converting to PDF. All the best.

Pls i av problem uploading my docs. Am i to upload all d docs at once? And besides what is d minimum size of each doc.

pls house how do i convert a scanned document to PDF format. i have downloaded the pdf converter bt dnt knw hw to covert it to pdf. pls i need ur assistance

@huzzle wat format was the document scanned? if its in JPEG, reduce the file size, then copy and on microsoft word, go to "save as" u will see PDF or XPS click on that. u'll have the file converted and on a smaller size.

get Adode photoshop and install it on ur system.
scan ur doc in whatever format you like, open the it using adobe photoshop, adjust the image size and save as pdf (there are numerous options available).

@Ike4moni, exactly how did you reduce the size of your PDF scans cos I have the same problem. please respond, its urgent.

@Benny Bee, i already had a my documents in JPEG format and then i scanned again in PDF, but the PDF was too large. so i copied the files in JPEG files that i already reduced during the NNPC registration and pasted on microsoft word and then made it cover the whole page and went to "save as" u'll see PDF or XPS then i clicked on it, the file was converted to PDF and in a reduced form. i hope this will help.
