Which way Nigeria!!! Only 146 names!!! Does it mean that the opportunity was not open to those who are willing to develop themselves but rather to those already developed and who can afford to sponsor further developments for themselves???

@Tictock, earnestly speaking, I just applied and surprisingly I was talking to one of my friends whom i've not communicated to for sometime and he started congratulating me . so I was surprised that when when he told me. however, I applied the very day I saw the advert on their website. Ptdf and nddc are both scams!!!!!! All des exas are jus formalities..de already have dier candidates...I applied but wasn't even called
You weren't called for both tests? The scam is certainly not in calling for test, it is in who eventual get the award. A lot of peeps get called like water! But don't forget the number of award is very minute and that makes it to much difficult. In my opinion, NDDC is better than PTDF in than nddc offer 7 times more award than ptdf.
