@InGodITrust...as much as I wont prefer that method except for the difficulty in finding the cards, I think its very possible.

Whatever information required would be that of the owner of the means of purchase which is the ATM Card. Its only when the PIN has been purchased that it can be used to create a profile where there'll be places to type applicant's name and details so I believe its very possible.

HOWEVER...IF YOU'RE USING AN ATM OR NAIRA MASTER CARD TO PURCHASE A PIN OR ANYTHINGAT ALL, KINDLY ENSURE THAT YOU SEE THE 'PADLOCK' SIGN OR 'SECURE LOGO' WHICH PROVES THE AUTHENTICITY OF THE CHECK-OUT PORTAL.

Yes, U can! You can even use someone's ATM card to apply for any number of persons so long there is enough money inside. Also, U MUST use ur own real name, email and phone number on the process. Pls DO NOT use the person's name, email and GSM that owns the ATM Card! U ONLY use the person ATM card number, PIN, and (CVV2 if using a Verve card which is the last three digits on the back of the card). To ur success!

I have told u! That was what i used to applied for myself!I used someone's ATM Card to apply! I am a witness to it! It is easy. Just follow my description below!

Yes, u can buy the card using someone's ATM. U can equally use any name for the transaction, but preferrably use ur email address. The name of the buyer does not matter, all u need is the PIN.

pls can one use any ATM card or master card or must it be a verve card.

I have purchased the PIN for my friends using my ATM; in the front page put the person's name and email that wants to buy the PIN, in transaction area, the owner of the card details will be filled there, which is just card details and ATM pin.

@doziej84, I used FirstBank verve ATM card, please look for friends or family that uses firstbank to purchase the PIN for u ontime, time is running out... wishing u all the best
