These are the words from the secretary of ptdf from the link you posted. The ptdf oss scheme has not been cancelled, but restricted to emerging fields.

Where in Lagos can one get the card? I have been to two First Bank branches and they don't have it.

after getting the card, how do one register on their website. i have been to their website and i do not see where to start application,only where to log in username and password which i hv not gotten yet.can someone pls help.

Bros, where did you get your card to buy? Go to the website on your card, enter it into your browser just as it is on you card. No addition, no subtraction.

i hvn't gotten the card,sha they said one can use atm card.
