1.
Minimum Education & Experience
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• Registered Professional Engineer (or non-USA equivalent)
• 15 years of experience in design and construction of onshore and offshore oil and gas production facilities
• Overseas experience in the areas of process / mechanical, piping, structural, electrical and instrumentation engineering
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of project management including scope, resource, cost, quality, communications, risk and procurement management
• Demonstrated experience as Project Manager in at least 3 projects of at least $15MM total value

2. COST ESTIMATING ENGINEER
Minimum Education & Experience
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Project Management Institute Certification
• 10 Years of related experience
• 5 years working experiences in the cost control and estimating of major oil field, petrochemical, or oil and gas handling projects
• Estimating experience to include full responsibility in producing and finalizing total project estimates.
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including all Microsoft Office products.
• Performed estimate risk assessment evaluations and is familiar with statics tools.

3. Scaffolders:
Minimum Education & Experience

? Bosiet / HUET Training
? Fire / Safety watch train
? Hazard identification tool
? Job planning & permit to work system
? Water safety and survival at sea
? Basic Scaffolding
? Basic Scaffolding structures
? Basic Practical Scaffolding

? Minimum of 8 years working experience

4. WELDER
Minimum Education & Experience
1. Job Skills Requirement
2. Knowledge of materials, tools and process used in gas, arc, and heli-arc welding
3. Knowledge of the welding qualities and properties of welding of metals
? ASNT Level 1, 11, 111 in liquid penetrant inspection
? ANSNT Certificate welder
? ASNT Ultrasonic flaw detection
? Combination certificate welder (TIG welder)
? Minimum of 7 years working experience

5. PIPE FITTER
? Minimum Education & Experience
? School Certificate
? Trade Test 11
? HSE Foundation Training
? Fire watch Training
? Bosiet Trained
? Minimum of 8 years working experience

6. Electrical Technicians
Minimum Education & Experience
o OND / HND Electrical Engineering
o HSE Training – level 111 (NISP)
o Ability to design, draw, Install and Supervise electrical equipments and panels

7. Mechanical Technicians
Minimum Education & Experience
o OND / HND mechanical Engineering
o HSE Training – level 111
o Ability to design, draw and Supervise mechanical equipments
o Minimum of 5 years working experience

8. Automations and Instrumentation Technicians
Minimum Education & Experience
o OND / HND Electrical / Electronic Engineering
o HSE Training – level 111
o Bosiet
o Minimum of 7 years working experience
