@Debase,the problem is your ISP,change it ,i mean go to a cafe or something and there will be a difference.Hope this will help.Good luck.

Where can one get the info to apply with? And what bank can one pay at?
@Debase,the problem is your ISP (MTN IS VERY UNRELIABLE IN THIS DIRECTION). Etisalat was what I later used to access the same page that was not accessable using MTN, but not after getting everything done in a cafe. One love!
Please house,i am finding it difficult to print out the navy parent consent form and acknowledgement form after payment at bank.it keeps telling me that my system does not allow pop-up window(i.e. Pop-up blocker detected).What should i do?
some one in the house plz. tell me how to go about getting this navy form and registering.
