i'm a corp member tryin to get posted studied petroleum engineering. Between Pan Ocean Oil and DPR which one is better in terms on retaining and salary structure. I need honest advice
private sector bros
Well apart from the private sector thingy...Private Companies are more likely to train, retrain and retain corp members...Govt agencies would feel they have done you a favour and done Nigeria a service by accepting and keeping you for NYSC and then showing you the back door afterwards...except you're blessed or have a god father...
Perseverance, Persistence and faith in GOD is all i need.
