Our client and its associated companies offer’s complete investments in Real Estate, Financial sector and Hospitality industry, with their main line of business being Import and distribution of Rice, Sugar, Tyres, Fruit Juice and many other items imported from Europe and Asia In order to meet their fast increasing market share, requires the services of a Personal Assistant / Secretary.

QUALIFICATION: A degree or diploma in Business Admin. or secretariat studies

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
• Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
• Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
• Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner.
• Meet and greet clients and visitors.
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
• Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENT: Administration & Office Support
A minimum of two years' relevant experience.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
• Good communicator in speech and writing
• An excellent command of English spelling, grammar and punctuation
• Good IT skills
• Confident in using a range of software packages
• Should be able to prioritize work and work on several tasks at any given time
• Accuracy and attention to details.
• Good organization skills
• Ability to work well under pressure ,independently or as part of a team and be able to meet deadlines
• Should be discreet when handling confidential information
• Must have a pleasant, friendly personality
• Sound awareness of other cultures, particularly if the employer deals with overseas customers
