Core Responsibilities:

Modelling, Design, Implementation/Development of Software Solutions and Projects with the Software Development Team.

Senior Solutions Support Engineer

Key Objective:

Solutions Support Engineers provide the implementation, deployment and configuration of packaged software solutions compiled by the software development team or licensed from a third party provider. They ensure operational uptime and integration of software solutions with the existing software systems and infrastructure in test and production environments at client sites and internal facilities.

Core Responsibilities:

* Certify compliance of On-site IT Systems infrastructure to requirements & specifications for every Solution Deployment.
* Internal & On-site Deployment, Patching or System Integration of Software Solutions in Production Environments or Live Service Systems.
* Logging & Documentation of Deployment configurations, re-configurations and System Patching.
* The Delivery & Administration of Technical Support for Deployed Solutions in accordance with established Service Levels for Clients.
* Configuration, Support & Administration of Internal IT Systems infrastructure.
* Shall oversee the software Solution support team/unit.

What you will need to succeed:

* A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
Core or experienced skills in:
* The deployment of Enterprise solutions built using ASP.NET, J2EE, Javascript, Flex 3.0 technologies.
* The deployment of Microsoft Enterprise Software Solutions and technologies.
* Administration and Implementation of Databases using current generation DBMS (MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
