1. Engineering Manager
- B Sc Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university
- Professional member of a recognized engineering body
- 15 to 20 years experience as a Mechanical or Process Engineer on oil and gas projects
- Minimum 7 years experience in a lead position of an engineering design company
- Demonstrable ability to develop PFDs, P&IDs, H & M balance, etc
- Capable of multidiscipline engineering coordination and supervision, and making engineering input into tenders, RFQs, RFPs and contracts
- Experience with oil and gas separation, gas gathering and treatment mandatory
- Experience with design of offshore facilities an advantage
- Previous experience in Nigeria not required but will be an advantage
- Experience with Shell DEPs an advantage

2. Senior Process Engineers
- Similar to Engineering Manager above but with 10 to 12 years experience and minimum 3 years in a lead position
- Hands on experience with HYSYS mandatory

3. Contract Engineer
- BA or BS or equivalent experience with HND or HNC in a related field
- 10+ years experience
- Oil and gas experience in a chemical plant, gas plant or refinery, mandatory
- Experience working for an oil and gas EPC or construction contractor
- Experience in cost estimation
- Demonstrable experience in preparing Variation Orders, Change Orders and Management Of Change
- Experience with large lumpsum and reimbursable priced oil and gas projects mandatory.
- Construction experience an advantage


4. Senior Project Engineer
- B Sc Chemical or Mechanical or equivalent from a recognized University
- An advanced degree in Management an advantage
- 12+ years experience in multi-discipline project management
- Demonstrable experience of leading multi-discipline oil and gas project teams in an EPC company mandatory
- Must be knowledgeable in EPCM processes from project initiation to commissioning and handover
- Can develop RFQs from engineering input, develop tendering strategy, execute tender evaluation
- Prepare POs and provide support for contracts
- Ability to work independently, confident, inspiring and lead in teams
- Develop and make technical presentations to clients and senior management
- Hands on experience in MS Project and/or Primavera mandatory
- PMP certification a definite advantage
- Professional member of a recognized engineering and/or project management body
- Experience in oil and gas projects with $5mln to $50mln total installation costs
- Oil and gas facilities fabrication, construction or rig refurbishment experience an advantage

5. Project Engineers
- B Sc Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University
- 8 years experience in oil and gas - project management and/or construction and/or consultancy, mandatory
- Knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera
- Member of PMI an advantage
- Previous sales or marketing experience an advantage

6. Junior Project Engineers
- Similar to Project Engineer above
- 3 years experience
- Familiarity or experience with project management scheduling software required

7. Planning Engineer
- B Sc or equivalent in an Engineering discipline
- 5 years experience in project planning and scheduling for the oil and gas industry
- Experience with rigs, floating vessels or gas handling facilities required
- Experience with engineering design and construct project required
- Must be versatile in Primavera. Pertmaster, MS Project

8. Business Development Manager
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Mass Communication, Law or similar
- An advanced degree will be an advantage
- Minimum 8 years experience
- Industry experience with tendering, ITTs, bid preparation and cost estimation required
- Must have verifiable track record of successfully marketing technical services to the oil and gas industry
- Must be independent with a can-do attitude, a team player and willing to work long hours
