    Opinion: 10 Unpopular Great Places To Start Career In Nigeria

    The criteria for this list is solely training and personal development opportunities. I know that their renumeration is small compared to the SuperMajors and Top OFS companies. However, they offer you the best oil & gas practices, professionalism, international exposure, hands-on experience, and QHSSE awareness. Couple of years with them and you are an asset, the only disadvantage I can see apart from pay package is the work-life balance. Employees of these organisations find it relatively easy to move to IOCs, they are the top choice of headhunters on linkedin. Here they are:

    3. Transocean

    4. WorleyParsons

    5. Fugro

    6. KCA Deutag

    7. Tenaris

    8. Petroleum Geo-Services

    9. Technip/Crestech Engineering Ltd

    We are aware of those firms but getting an an offer to gain those skills remains a bottle neck process-man no man syndrome.
