Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Purpose: To oversee the company’s production activities (LPG canister manufacturing and cylinder filling operations)

Quality Task and Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development and project management activities of the production facilities from inception
  • Provide inputs for ensuring the commercial viability of the production facility.
  • Coordinate and ensure smooth operations of the manufacturing and filling processes
  • Ensure plants experience little or no downtime
  • Ensure that final products meet acceptable and laid down standards (Quality Assurance)
  • Ensure that operations are carried out within budget
  • Help formulate policies to ensure optimum use of equipment
  • Ensure that production targets are met.


Educational Requirement: An Engineering Degree is a must

Job experience: Minimum of 5-7 years post qualification experience
Knowledge of LPG installations is highly desired

Skills and Attributes: Strong Project Management Skills
Appreciation of the commercial side of projects
Good interpersonal skills.
