Bros, this na old stuff now...There was never a time when Oando advertised a vacancy for entry level grads and then requested anything below a 2:1 and at least 5 B distinctions in WAEC/NECO...They did not just start this policy last year. It has been on for many years now. Nonetheless, I share your pains..Me sef, I normally wonder why they always go as far as punishing those who did averagely in their O levels...My counsel to people in high school or to those who are yet to be admitted into a university is to ensure that their WAEC/NECO results are glowing with plenty of As and Bs...If it requires them to retake GCE, then so be it..It is better to plan well for the future and beg God that your plans are in line with His own plans for you than to just sit and do what others do..It can be very painful if you see a requirement, but you do not and can never meet it....I know of a guy who went back and took GCE after his university education at NAU Awka..This guy is now chilling!

guy,i apreciate ur good intention n advice.bt my gce result is soaked wit b's and A's n am unemployd.i aplied 4oando wt ds results n i wsnt shortlistd 4d test abt 2yrs ago.if some1 doesnt av B n A's it doesnt mata.afta al oda companies dnt require dose stuf n oando is jst one out of a milion.if a company brings 'ridiculous' requirement 2put me out,dats der problm n dey ar d losers cos i cnt imagine hw fortunate n prosperous d company dat wil employ me wil b.so 2advice litu guys 2strugle 4 A n b so dat dey can b employd is nt d point.jst advice dem 2study hard n mak learnin der priority,god wil surely bles der suces.tnx

Oando Graduate Trainee Program and you will be required to take the SHL aptitude test before proceeding to the next stages.

An email will be sent to you from SHL within the next few days to take the test. Ensure you check your emails often and complete the test beforethe deadline that youwillreceive from SHL.
