    i dont undersrtand the problem with u ppl. if u c a job y dont yopu rather try and post it iunstead of specifying to those that are not oppourtuned enough to buy or glance at a paper . please lets amend our ways for the sake of this forum.

    •Should be a Captain/Master or Chief Officer with 3 – 5 years’ experience in the running of a Manning Agency; or degree holder with 10 or more years cognate experience in HR practices, 5 years of which must have been spent at the level of Head of core Manning function in a reputable International Manning Company.
    •Evidence of a sound knowledge of processes and functions in the management of a manning agency.
    •Evidence of networking contacts at IMO, ITF and other Maritime Regulatory bodies in UK (MCA) and other jurisdictions.
