That was one of the most organised aptitude test i've attended, actually my fourth after graduating in 2006. i must commend the organizers, especially with the question combinations, which spread among various areas of computer science, not 2 mention the verbal & quantitative sections. I actually believe in the transparency of the NITDA, and that who ever emerges for the M.Sc from my state(Bayelsa) actually earned it.

He he, My state had 21 applicants so I'm wishing on a wishing star. But I've got to say, the test started on time and everything was in order. They didn't even allow my friend who came to gate-crash.

Hello Guyz, I was contacted by NITDA to come for interview on December 8th 2010. they gave me a letter stating that I was successful in the aptitude test.

i just got my own letter yesterday, a friend of mine who lives in Abuja had to pick it up for me. I was contacted by a phone call on sunday evening. I couldn't almost believe i just past a scholarship test, after my very disappointing experience with PTDF earlier this year. I thank God Almighty, as well as dedicate this success to all members of this forum.

the national information tech dev agency NITDA in accordance wit its mandate of bridging d digital divide and transforming nig in2 an IT capable country, is establishing a scholarship scheme4 post grad PG studies in MSc and doctorate degrees in relevant areas of IT obtainable in both national and international universities.

under d scheme, dre r a total of 43 slots avilable nationwide for d following categories- 37 MSc, 6 PhD

CRITERIA
d scholarships will strictly b based on merit and cover d 6 geopolitical zones of d country. d agency will collaborate wit d various institutions of higher learning witin d country and outside d country2identify eligible beneficiaries of dis scheme.

DURATION
d MSc is estimated to run for 1yr while d PhD is expected to run for 3yrs.

ELIGIBILITY
all citizens of nig wit a 1st class or 2nd class upper div in any IT related field such as comp sci, comp engr, software dev, data com, IT security, data mgmt etc r eligible for sponsorship.

all interested and eligible candidates r hereby invited2sybmit 10 copies of their applicatn letters along wit all relevant docs and credentials within 2wks of this publicatn to
