@modsuad, there is no comparism. what you dont know wont kill you. you were not invited so you didnt know about it. that is not to say it is good but it is better than having gone through all the stress of test and interview with the expenses incurred only for them to do what they would have done without inviting us for the test.

@mosquad, i have just read the story and what their official said is that the recruitment was for level 1-7 (junior cadre) whom i presume would not need to go through test and interview only God knows how they are selected. But to me it is not the same with this NNPC recruitment process. I'm sure NNPC does same for their junior cadre (cleaners, messengers, etc) maybe we could find out how they do it too before comparing them.
