@Seunoluwaseun. The earlier you wake up, the better. As far as this recruitment is concerned,it is not of him that willeth nor of him that runeth but of God that showeth mercy. Neither is the battle for the swift and the mighty. What parosho stated earlier is what i have always maintained previously on this thread. Referals & Recommendations played a very key role and actually had an upper hand on this recruitment (at the EH Cadre) & its even going to be more pronounced when the next set of letters are subsequently released cos that is where the rest of the political machinations will play out.
