Guys, this is my first post on this thread. I wish to thank everyone that had contributed one way or the other to this forum. It has been another school for me. I want to advise that we should leave Vin20 alone, even when what is being written is grammatically incorrect . We are not on this forum to test the use of english, besides, the so called 'grammatically sound'people should be sound enough to interprete every line in any post . The bottomline is that we should encourage everyone on this forum that can provide useful information whether it is passed across with hausa, yoruba or ibo. Adios.

I know of some dat applied 4 finance-related positions. Where will these receive their training?

the training facility of the kaduna polytechnic has been cancelled. rather the engineers would have their training at Edjeba learning village,(ELV) while the technicians would be at the petroleum training institute conference centre...all in Warri-Delta state.rgds

i visited this thread during the week and was amazed with the level of despondency, hopelessness and desperation with regards to seeking information regarding the recruitment.what other information do you want?the federal minister of petroleum resources said openly in a public forum, that they had recruited massively and would be absorbing them in a few weeks....that is the very best information, you can ever get. so why are we still bothering our selves, when we should be preparing ourselves to commence duties.
this spitri of despondencey is not new.its as old as mankind.isreal was in bondage for about 400 years.they had tried every effort to set them selves free to no avail. then came moses, with a rod....a simple rod....despite all the miracles the rod did, they didnt believe....they had expected a weapon of mass destruction not a rod.

well, the delay may not sound well to some, but to some other like me, it may just be a blessing (in disguise?). A case of different strokes for different folks.

My man, wit reference 2 2006 recruitment and their trainin in 2007 both at warri and kaduna,only engineers and operators wea trained on dat 6month basis.so I doubt if oda field wea trained.I only knew dey wea undertrained by attaching dem 2 som1 in dea prospective offices 2 teach dem wat dey nid 2 knw 4 smooth running

Ok let me xplain 4da,all dat will take part in process operations of plants and equipment must undergo trainin.eg engineers,technicians,operators,geosceintist etc.I am basically talkin about both d upstream and midstream sector with litle on d downstream cus finance,business administrators,economist,accountant,medical personnel etc all fall in d downstream n are undertrained.though wit tym dey go 4 courses.even those dat will undergo d trainin also go 4 courses afta trainin.infact I can giv reference 2 d 2006 recruits posted to krpc afta trainin fininshed at kadpoly.som of dem went 4 dea 1st course in zaria some few months afta trainin depending on ur department.somone can add 2 dis
