Pls i want to know if housing allowance is inclusive in the january allowance or upfront allowance,and has the management released retirement and promotion list as been reported in the media late last year that there will be retirement of its work force, bcos i have not seen or read about it in the national daily
Hello house. Been waiting to hear from my source for a couple of weeks now and frankly its not looking good.
He called me less than a min ago and he said "this employment of a thing has been put on hold following a directive from GMD that there r more pressing issues at the moment "

Thanx bro. Well I'm not surprised at all. To me, its sound like a polite way of saying the exercise has been cancelled.
I just wish I had Oniwon's contact, I will so occupy his life. I wish I wasn't invited for the interview at least I would have had peace of mind for the past 8!! Months. My head is on fire.

look nobody will cancell this recruitment, it must be completed, except if God is not on this throne,infact we have not prayed enough,bcos the altar of prayer is the altar of revelation and divine direcion,wht is prayer? Prayer by difinition is the process of articulation of thought,feeling,and desire to the almighty with a well defined and established result as well as outcome.in otherword those pray and get unto the mind of God are not easily moved by wht moves others.man i don die!!!! nigeria. so they is nothing that will work in this nation....
@All, it is well with our souls. Trully, some issues are more pressing at the moment. The senate cmttee has begun its own investigations too after that of reps. One thing i beleive strongly is that the recruitment will surely be concluded. It is just a matter of time. Let us refrain frm just into hasty conclusion. We need to more patient at the moment. This is not the time to express hopeless. The letas will come when we least expect it. My fellow forumites and hopefuls, whether the info is good or bad, let us always take it with positive mindset and do as if the letas are in our hands already. This is our trying time, let us be positive always and we shall conquer at last. As far as i am concerned, all this -ve info has become my strength that keeps me going hoping that one day all will be well. Shallom.
Now people r beginin 2 see things my way.when I gave my facts,som said I am hopless with negative thought.1 thing about life is dat even if u r positively minded,u shud always calculate 4 d negative side so as 2 giv space 4 errors.u don't need any intel b4 u can reason dat letters can't come now.letters will surely come in due time,but 4 now,pls guys zero ur minds.dey r more pressing issues wit nnpc now 4 dem 2 worry abt new intakes.no offences 4 dos offended by my own math.
1 tin I understand about life is dat no matter how u r being affected wit d judgement,u just have 2 pass it or u allow it being passed upon u,if u want 2 b fair to urself,cus sentiment(s) does not give u d chance 4 pure n fair heart of judgement
We all watched the defence of the budget and the much emphasis on the recent recruitment,why allow information from a secondary source disturb us..The fact remains that no-one,even the secretary to the ministers knows any news about the recruitment than the one publicised. Yes there are delays but a number of calls has been made even to the minister and it is confirmed that the recruitment is still on and will be concluded soonest..it was narrated that employees are expected in few weeks during the budget defence two weeks ago,so why the chaos!! Even the minister cannot afford to abort the process cos everybody's already aware of the recruitment and the provision is already made in the budget. Remember the ministers are not paying employees from their pockets,but from the budget for the year. So chill and give thanks to THE MOST HIGH. He have heard your prayers.

@surj: I wonder why you are gloating over this. Do you think we don't know this is not happening anytime soon? You coming out here to reiterate that doesn't make it any more true. We know we won't be called that soon, but we like to believe we will be called at all. Seriously, you just came off like a kid who won in an I-told-you-so game. Of all the negativity you shun, you embody most of it. Quit reminding us it isn't coming soon. After half a year, expecting anything from them may be asking too much from faith; or downright foolery. Leave us to believe both.
All what i know, what the minister and director DPR told the joint senate commitees during her budget defence still remain the authentic informatin, bcos it came frm the horses mouth all other information is speculation or assumption.
