The fact that Someone just keeps mute, doesn't mean he's not involved. From Day 1, I've always been part of this but could not post comment cos i Didn't have an account with this site. Postings on this site motivated me to create an account Which was activated today. So When U're making a post next time be more rational in ur thinking.

You are on point. Only 2:1s and first class graduates were invited for the exam, so conducting another exam has little or no worth.

Who is talking about conducting another exam!. It can't happen.
Why?
1. The money and time involved in starting the process all over again
2. The money and time already spent and been spent on this current process.
3. Will they call back all the big guns -GMs to come sit for another round of interviews!
4. There is a time frame for stuffs like this to be completed.
5. If they cancel it , their image,reputation and rating will crash.
6. Was it the fault of the 2.2 and 3rd class people that they did better than the 2.1s and first class? (mind you, I made a 2.1 myself)
7. What is the guarantee that if they do it again, the 2.1(s) and 1st class will pass this time around?

@JESUS ARMY. It seems you dont know the hierachy of NNPC. How can you say that they dont have a General Manager Human Resources? Under GED CS is the GGM GHR, under him are the GM GHR (Genaral Manger Group Human Resources), GM GAS (General Manager Group Admin Services), GM GLD (Group Learning Division). Then Under the GM GHR are Manger MP&R (ManPower and Recruitment), Manager ER (Employee Relations), Manager PIC. so i dont know where you are getting your stories from.
