whn did NNPC start putting names of their new employees on national dailies? Is this from a "reliable source"?

@ justin tume mnondo, dat used 2 b my fear; but d agitations among d 'big wigs' in NNPC is not 4 cancellation but preference(or shuld I say consideration of dia wards) bcos many of them 'll b due 4 retirement soon. @ stateman who tell u any state dont ve enough applicant? See, like I said earlier ranking had been done; and 6&% was d general base mark. Howeva, some states base mark 'll definitely b higher than dat. So whoeva is selected is qualified, afterall u 'll b trained.
