d succesful candidates 'll only b release wheneva d board gives d nod of aproval i.e d no_ per state. Mind u, all states might nt equal no_ of pple equity demands fairness i.e niger/delta states if know what I mean ! Infact, dat's 1 of d thorny issues 2 b decided by d board.

what's ur problem wit board meeting. Series of meetings had been held. Don't draw us back. We are expecting release of d list now.
