I know I should not be commenting on this thread but I just can't help it. I understand your plight, but you guys need to thread softly. I am assuring you that the Management of DPR and NNPC will frown at that article you are about to publish. They run the organisations and know when best to employ regardless of your agitations. I hope you know that only few of you made it through the interview? I wonder what will happen when the letters are out. Hope we won't hear of multiple suicide cases? Move on with your lives people. Can't you work elsewhere rather than the NNPC?Besides that article was too amerturely constructed. Didn't the writer prove-read before posting? So many uncompleted sentences and spelling errors! I hope you won't end up making mockery of yourselves? (I am out of here before the bullets start flying)

They Management of the NNPC and the DPR run the organisations for now does not make them the owners. My friend you make me laugh, can you answer this question? Is it a policy for the NNPC to conduct recruitment every two years? You cannot come and tell us that only "a very few persons made it through the interview" unless you are (1) HR staff of the NNPC or (2) A management of its equivalent in the NNPC. Then in that case you guys have started substituting already.
Check the writers post, the publication is still in its early stages, he is asking for contributions.....
Let the bullets fly, and l bet you it will hit you first.... The more reason why the publication must be made.

Dear Terraco. I have been following this thread for quite a while but never once posted anything. I notice your dogged effort to feed the house with authentic info despite the fact that some scums of the earth (yes I am talking to you sidimury, ABD123 and rest) are trying to undermine your efforts. Your news of second batch has renewed my hope to no end. I wish you success in all your endeavors.

I have been away from this forum for quite some time now and had to go through every post to ensure that I am up-to-date. I was among the people that got called for NNPC retail interview but as god would have it i was not opportuned to go as I was sick when the interview happened. Now my question is would that make me lose on both NNPC and NNPC retail? Because the I see it is that, NNPC had submitted my details to NNPC retail and may have struck off my name from their 2nd batch not knowing that i did not make it to the nnpc retail interview. Please i need more clarification on this.

Did you write the 2010 aptitude test?
Did you attend the interview last year?
Did you re-apply for the advert that ended some weeks back?
The retail interview might be unconnected with 2nd batch,it may be also.
Did you make any effort to reach them and explain why you missed the interview and ask for a re-schedule?
I guess there are a lot we do not know about so we just watch and pray.
I feel some folks have already started seeing NNPC Retail as second fiddle or the game for those that lost out. This is totally wrong.
I advise you make some efforts to call them for a re-schedule.

if you have been away for a while then you probably want to ask the house to learn about how i deal with empty cases like you before you open your mouth to spill rubbish. Anyway, I forgive you too cause it's forgiveness time. Forgiveness spirit is in the air.

Papa-CC, are u God? Are u NNPC? Do u know God's plan? Do u know NNPC's plan? Is it only warri training facility available in Nigeria and outside Nigeria? If the 2nd list is released, what will u do? U better have a re-think.

NNPC hopefuls. Hmmm... the last time i posted on this thread i broke the news of what percentage of people that were taken as less than 15% and some (quite a few) took it and most did not, believing that NNPC will take over 80% of the total interviewed. Now, I dnt know where Mr Terraco is getting his 2nd batch info from but even if there would be any second batch i can assure u that the number would be much much smaller than the "first batch" .My advice to u guys is move on in life. I dnt believe there is any such second batch as claimed. The few qualified that have been taken are currently undergoing an eight months Foundation Skills Training Programme (FSTP) in Warri. The facility cannot take more than the current number so there is no way any additional batch can be added to them. Let me also mention that it is only people whose average scores are 60% and above after the FSTP that will eventually get employed:-there names are still written in pencil. NNPC just advertised and are keen on making this recruitment to be as fast as possible which means it will be concluded next year.So if u applied hope for the best. I know this might serve as a bad news but i am telling you the reallity. It is better for you not to expect something and u get than the heart break of expecting something and not getting it.
