You are sounding more matured here. Everyone is entitled to his/her opinion but dont force yours on others and also keep away from dishing out insults.

I have not seen where anyone was told not to reapply and it does not sound to me as though it is against the constitution of Nigeria so really you should not have issues with people that reapplied.

you are right, i wished it is true. I made that clear in my earlier post. But I also wished i was the president of US of A instead of Obama. That does not mean i cannot accept the reality that it can't happen. See? Second batch is a pipe dream, I repeat second batch is a pipe dream.
