Simple psycology;if many people get the letter,it is not fufilling anymore.if few people get and i am among,then i am among the few good ones and i am proud.it shuld not be for evryone but for the few good ones.i tell you the truth,some of them hold this mentality,especially those that get it on merit.for those who used connections and come here to brag,they dont care.they want more to be invited.however,there are few exemptions.even your frend who is in alredy may not want you to get.'so,this guy too go collect wetin i don collect'? So,chill guys.dont be bitter even if there is no second batch,you will only end up givin "them" joy.them refers to those with bad belle.

Hafeezyks said "to my greatest surprise even some of our hopefuls that are now NNPC employee are against it... almighty Allah is in control whether people like it or not 2nd batch will be released and we will make it Insha Allah. cheers ".This relates to Danbaura and co who had discouraged many people in their pessimism but when God says Yes who can say NO. This is black man's mentality and selfishness.The 2nd , waiting or supplementary list is sure and nothing changes it. God won't disappoint us.

God is about to ease the tension in the house by increasing the number of hopefuls. By October this year so many people will be called for interview and before December 31st,the long awaited 2nd batch will be released. Alots of people will smile by December. PATIENCE & PRAYER is what we need. Let us not draw the hands of the clock near for the time of our celebration is few months ahead.

Atomicity, are u suggesting that the second batch from 2010 recruitment will be resuming after the completion of the ongoing recruitment process? Please where did u get this info? 'cos Terraco (the key informant of this thread) says likely next week. Abeg which one we want believe?

I have said b4 about the atomicity's belief. The 2nd batch of 2010 recruitment be released by God's grace. The present recruitment advert is separate from that of 2010 unless NNPC is planning to combine the already made 2nd batch with the successful candidates in 2012 advert which I doubt.

I know for sure that there's politics behind the new advert which came out shortly the induction of 1st batch.This is very unusual .Is it to console the people who wouldn't make the 2010 list afterall or NNPC truly wants to increase its workforce either with PIB or without PIB by adding 2nd batch with successful ones in 2012? The reason for the 2nd ,waiting or supplementary might be to fill the rejected offers.

bb1 don,t mind atomicity bcos 2nd batch is along with 1st batch, so 2nd must be released this week or it will not pass next week, bcos 1st batch are already in training as of today, and training is not what u do in batches bcos it is very capital intensive, the more the people the better for the corporation

@Terraco, I wish you all the best as you do your documentation in WRPC ltd. Very soon you will be posted to Lagos or Kaduna for your 3 months training after which you will be posted to South Africa for another 3 months training before returning to your SBU(WRPC) for your primary assignment. @Vin20,let's take it easy on atomicity. The guy is probably telling us what can be described as " to the best of his knowledge". Let us encourage him, if he's sure about december, december is just around the corner, and besides, good things come to those who wait.
