Why not go for EH –experienced hire; consultant, contractor, etc. and take a time out of 1 or 2 years to wait for the approval of your tender.
In partial fulfillment to the promise of Mr. President to provide 1.5 million jobs by 2015 the fed. govt. wishes to give much preference to the unemployed when it comes to this recruitment process.
So if you already have a job, keep your hands on your desk. Chi kina!

From_France, what u dey , what does ur info imply? Pls, we need correct info on dis forum.
Mr.President is yet to sign 2012 Budget after NA passed the Bill, so I think MDAs including NNPC are yet to be accessing the 2012 budget for implementation, this is d country we found ourselves, d nation of bad leaders planting the same in the minds of the younger generation.
