If it is hard to know when d letters will be released, we can at least have a clue from the training firm cos a contract which include the contract details particularly the timing (training commencement & end time) would be surely sealed by NNPC with the firm.

Bros can u please help us ask ur broda when the training will be commencing? You can also tell us the organization's name if you don't mind. If we know this then we can have an idea of when the letters will be released cos it should be at least a month b4 the commencement of the training.
