Cash call is the percentage contribution Nigeria makes towards the running of their Joint Ventures(JV's) with International Oil Companies(IOC's).Most of the times,Nigeria through NNPC is been owed their portion of the contribution.Therefore, what this entails is, this time around we were able to pay over and above our said contribution for 2011.....Quote:

Agreed with you 100%, thats what the paper reported.I guess today's SUN newspaper made a better report of that titled "Nigeria to earn $85bn from oil –Alison-Madueke: Demands closed session on PIB".
