A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls

When i said DAM holds the key to the release of this much awaited 2nd batch,one 'BEE' almost crucified me for going contrary to the general opinion here.I challenge all to read her 2013 budget defence and see the point i'm making.Take it or leave it, there is a strong link between DPR list and this NNPC's 2nd list.Remember the Head of DPR said a couple of months ago that all was set to issue out letters to the 250 successful candidates in the last recruitment exercise in few weeks time, which you and i know are yet to be issued as i write.If NNPC's 2nd list refuses to come out, why that of DPR's? Or do both share the same management now? I said it before and i'm saying it again, DAM hasn't given the go-ahead-order, if not who is GMD to delay the list for a second.Read her 2013 budget defence on Thursday,29/10/2012 to appreciate my point!

I partly believe wasville. Eventhough i dont know if DAM's approval is the cause of the delay but i dont think the GMD's travelling out can affect the mere release of letas.
I just think that nnpc is(was) not ready to release the letas.

According to DAM, 2.2 billion was appropriated to the ministry of Pet. In 2012 fiscal year.Out of this, only 820m has so far been released to the ministry,representing 41% of the total.And of this 820m(41%) released,93% representing 759m has been utilised as i write,leaving behind the balance of just 61m, and allocation is not forth coming from NOI.Mr Solobee45, is this analysis not succint enough to know where the problem lies? Hmm..........time will tell!

Even if at the end of the day, all these turn out to be hoax, i ll still give to terraco that he is a beautiful personality wt an humble disponsition. We must howeva be careful not to turn him to a deity worthy of worship. He is not one and will neva be one; he is human who relies on other humans for informatn and wheda the informatn are true or not, only time will tell. Terraco, intent is what matters. Supposng u even end up on the wrong side, ur good intention cannot be undermined. U don do well. I doff my heart 4 ur doggedness. No proof is needed, time proves all.

I foresaw the possibility of this happening and knew beforehand that its a good risk terraco's taking. Terraco don't even need to clear himself cos I feel he has good intent. If anything bad haappens to 2nd list, its squarely nnpc to blame not terraco.
