@bigbrodanaija: NSIWC have several functions. One of which is to examine & recommend salary scale applicable to each post in the public service. FG needs to know how much it is spending on wages. They also advice on salary increment & many other things. @ucpraise: amen to ur prayers. From observation, i can see that ucpraise, aceluv, japh121 & may be a few more who dont post, have more authentic info than myself. I just wander why u guys are taking the back seat. One love

They felt d system was "breached" in some way, so had to come up with anoda plan. Its better we wait until processes r officially endorsed for our own sake in order nt to stretch things further.
