@jacobx, yes i have. Hweva if u feel my position is based on that, u re 100 percent wrong. I am a very objectve persn who base his judgement on facts and not senseless emotion. Had i not bn paid, would my position have changd? Definitely NO. Go thru my previous posts and u can have a glance into my personality. I believe there are thngs we can change and those we cant. Our ability to live a healthy lives depends on our ability to diferentiate. Many have died of depresion hangng on to thngs they cant change while being encouraged by hypocriitical pple its d right thng to do. Hweva d world is free and u can reach ur conclusion too. Life is a place where we lose some and win some. Those who seem to have it good today might be d ones to receive d bitter pills of life 2mrow. With or wthout nnpc, wheda allowee or leta, life must go on. We cant kp dwellng on issues beyond our might.

Gentlemen, i think we should leave this transport fare alone, they will pay if they intend to pay everybody in the first place, if their intention is not to pay everyone, there is nothing we can do about it. I have not seen anything in my account and i think our focus and prayers should be on the main thing which is the offer letter.

Are all these bickering a better way to celebrate our 2nd anniversary? We took the aptitude test on the 26th of March 2011.
About the t-fare;I did an analysis before of 6 categories. Not gonna repeat is here. But I fell on the category that got N10k for whatever reason, why should my neighbour get N30k? - we are humans.
I have forgotten about it. I planned to put the N10k in an envelop and drop it in the church offering plate, with a prayer to God that what I am waiting for is appointment letter and not N10k.
On a second thought,I was afraid it might be insulting to God because I was initially agitated and so it would have been rude dumping the 'unwanted' cash on God.
If I had thought about empathy like Shampoo defined it,I could have asked bb1 if he can give me his account nos to transfer it to him(no insults intended). That one might not prick my conscience as dropping it in church.
Shampoo was right in empathizing with bb1,only he forgot that 'sometimes' my dear bb1 posts like an alarmist. Overflogging issues if I may use that word. (bb1 don't be mad at me - just a personal opinion). bb1 was not the only one asking about their own t-fare.Am I right? That will give you an idea of why people reacted to his post. Also no valid suggestion was raised as to how to arm-twist NNPC to pay.
I have a question: If it becomes a fact that NNPC paid only those that they won't take(as per 2nd batch) and left those their letters will be ready shortly, will anyone not paid still agitate? The people agitating would be people like us with 'half-bread'.
Let's wait and see. I have even contacted the bank I was paid through and it seems that was what they had in their schedule.
    What else could one do?
Please let us unite back in hope and prayers.
    It is well!

@JAJAMARK,you av made a fundamental point. But some persons in the first batch also got their tfare fully paid.I really do not think there is any correlation btw the appointment letas and the tfare.

Whether we like it or not, some will be employed while some will not be employed by the corporation. The issue of t/fare payment is an issue that concerns all the interviewees. However, we all know that Nigeria is a country where nothing works including agitation and struggle to achieve a just course. It is obvious that our right has been trampled upon for making a this contentious selective payment without any justified reasons communicated to the interviewees at best through our email addresses submitted to them. Keeping people in the dark on vital issues like this generates argument and casts aspersion on the already dented image of the corporation. To many of us who are afraid to talk because of the fear that they may lose the ever-desired appointment letter, please why can't you keep mum instead of insulting the outspoken ones. The fact remains that the appointment letters will be treated this same way t/fare has been treated. Some will be unduly favoured at the expense of hapless others. If we can shout at the top of voices so that we can be heard now it is will be better. At least if this can't really change them wholesomely, it will at least be sounded as a note of warning and as a sign of the apprehension of the irregularities being perpetrated by the corporation. Although loud outcry may not them, silence is worse and it only means complacence. If we continue to cry out to reject being cheated, one day we shall be heard. So, if u talk one day u go die, if u no talk one day u go die. Please, enjoin others to act. This is the aim of coming together to form a forum!!!
