The difference between the national and international versions is basically the HSE laws. While National deals with UK laws; the international is broad based and is applicable to all countries outside the UK.

Are u in UK where National General Certificate applies? You are in Nigeria I guess; what is applicable to us is International General Certificate (IGC). Please swallow your pride and learn.
