Please any idea what state(s) the ppl that got the text are from?

@WBC......Wiseguy broadcastin' corporation. Plz which states are ready so far? Any idea!

Just called the GM i met at nddc yesterday. One person have come today for collection. No he dint ask which state and wether msc or phd. but i told him to ask any other person that comes either today or tomorrow.
I guess only few msgs has been sent else that place shld be buzzing with pple. Am leaving PH today, but will be in phone contact with the GM for updates....
