    My tv starter details.

    I newly bought strong decoder srt 4940 with new smart card. I was asked to pay 4 subscription to enjoy services 4 2months. I doubt d payment bcos as a starter i believe am expected to enjoy free services 4 d 2mths. Please help me out good people.
