    1. JOB TITLE: Senior IT Security Analyst - Process REFERENCE INDICATOR: IMT/42

    2. JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
    Implement and maintain the enterprise information security framework to ensure business strategy and information security are aligned, and allows traceability from business strategy down to underlining technology.

    3. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Develop, publish, review and update security policy guidelines, standards and procedures to ensure compliance with business requirements.

    • Perform regular security awareness training for all employees to ensure consistently high levels of compliance with enterprise security documents

    • Develop and update security policy, plans and procedures to ensure that the enterprises Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery objectives are met.

    • Create and maintain the security aspects of ‘on boarding’ and ‘off boarding’ process for all categories of staff to enhance the general information security awareness for staff

    • Create and maintain adequate physical and environmental security processes for building and datacenter access to protect company information assets.

    • Review violations of information security policies and procedures and share learnings to ensure violations are not repeated.

    • Develop and update Company’s information security/confidentiality agreements to ensure protection of Company information assets.

    • Develop and enforce information security standards for managing critical information assets throughout their life cycle to improve availability and reliability.

    Education

    § A University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management or related field.

    § A professional certification, such as a CISSP, CISM, CISA or other Information Security credentials, will be an advantage.


    Experience e.g.
    8 – 10 years post graduate experience, out of which 5 years should have been spent in a similar role or as a System Engineer or IT System Administrator in a reputable organization preferably an Oil & Gas company.




    JOB TITLE: Principal Project Engineer (Telecoms & Data Comms) REFERENCE INDICATOR: IMT/31
    2. JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
    § Plan and Manage front end engineering and delivery of large, complex IT Infrastructure projects that deliver agreed return on investment, time, budget and scope/quality agreed with the customer using NLNG project management standards and processes.

    3. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

    1. Plan, document and safely execute large complex IT strategic projects as defined in the NLNG Project Delivery Framework and deliver within agreed timeline and budget.

    2. Interface with key stakeholders at the multiple levels across the organization to ensure that expectations are managed and that the aims of the programme or project continue to be aligned with business needs and strategies as they evolve.

    3. Develop and Manage Strategic Contracts and vendor relationships to ensure value realisation for the Company and deliver project objectives.

    4. Provide expertise and consulting to project engineers in the process of project management and in the softer skills of team dynamics, team building and group motivation.

    5. Create an environment within the project team that inspires high performance and hold all team members accountable to performance objectives and behaviour standards, to include documented periodic reviews of performance

    6. Facilitate tracking and escalation of project progress and issues to Head, IT Projects and key Stakeholders.

    7. Estimate and monitor project costs, timescales and resource requirements in relation to agreed terms of reference and take action where these deviate from plan

    Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of quality engineering and technical business systems to ensure they are fit-for-purpose for the organisation.
    3. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

    1. Responsible for analysis, design, development and implementation of new or enhanced business systems following IT standards.

    2. Design and implement business process changes in support of major IT projects.

    3. Develop functional requirements that represent business needs using UML and use cases.

    • Provide Second level support for Server Services (Server Mgt, Central Storage, Active Directory, Email, Internet, Anti-Virus and Backup systems) within agreed SLAs

    • Implement Proactive and Reactive Maintenance plans to provide efficient and reliable IT Services

    • Operate and Review Operational Guidelines, Work Instructions and Server Knowledge base to Improve Service Delivery. Ensures that operational documentation for relevant system products is fit for purpose and current.

    2. JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
    To provide a high quality business application support services, and to ensure high level of data security, integrity, availability and reliability of NLNG Pacer Databases/Applications including interfaces.
    3. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

    1. Analyse, design, develop and implement new or enhanced business systems following IT standards.

    2. Supervise Pacer Business Analysts and Helpdesk Engineers to provide efficient systems administration, supporting advice and problem solving assistance to Pacer users and users of interface applications to Pacer.

    3. Configure the Pacer modules and interfaces to reflect the company business processes and manage registration of users to reflect NLNG roles, responsibilities and authorities

    4. Maintain the ongoing integrity of NLNG asset data by controlling the processes used to update it and manage Pacer system security and integrity by administering the access rights to transactions and data and ensure proper adherence to backup and file maintenance procedures

    5. Ensure that the prescribed system interfaces between Pacer and other applications are operated according to agreed schedules and that the necessary checks and balances are continuously applied

    6. Provide third line support for all Pacer unresolved problems and run the Pacer application helpdesk service to assist in speedy resolution of operational problems for the users.

    7. Assist in the development and support of NLNG Production division performance monitoring, e.g. Reliability and Integrity reports

    8. Train Pacer users, establish system control and administrative procedures in line with the department’s quality management system.

    9. Monitor systems performance and effectiveness, collate user change request and manage the process of enhancing or re-engineering the applications/software in accordance with approved changes
