@Enigmani, I guess what u mean is Iyana-Ipaja (cos I don't know anywhere in Lagos by the name Iyan-akpaja). From Iyana-Ipaja, board a bus going to "Ikeja-inside". Drop at General Hospital (aka Round-about), it's usually the last bus-stop. From there, board a bike to the address (Isaac John, G.R.A.). It shouldn't cost more than N70.
