Well, I will like to talk about this 2.2 2.1 1st Class issue. Why is it that when we try to get something and strongly hope for it, we console ourselves by condemning those who manage to have it. To get out of school with a 2.1 or ist class in Nigeria with the harsh conditions in our education system. I give kudos to those wu made ist, 2.1 and even 2.2...Studying under harsh condition is not easy.. But the fact that some 2.2 guys are better than some 1st class or 2.1 guys cannot be left out....but the 'some' here could be just a few......If u can face educational challenges in school and graduate with a good grade..it makes u better in facing challenges and gettung the best of results.....

I'm in support of Lekepee's motion. If one can make good grades in school by honest means out of hardwork and studying, definitely that fellow would perform fine at his/her place of work unless the grade was achieved by sorting, expo or all that. One thing that could affect good grade achievers( those that honestly acquired it ) is, not been familiar with some of their courses while in school just because of too much cramming; they read/cram to pass these courses.
Some didn't make 1st class, Distinction, 2.1, Upper Credit because of circumstances beyond their control, it may have been illness, family problem, emotional, financial, frustrations from lecturers etc. Whatever it is, stand to your fit! You can still make it no matter the opportunities you may miss in applying for certain jobs that requires specific grades/qualifications.
Proverbs 24:10 say " Have you shown yourself discouraged in the day of distress? Your power will be scanty." So may we never be discouraged... Thank you all...
