@scylla it is possible.all you need to do is to upload your nysc id card in place of nysc cert that was what idid when i applied this yr and i was shortlisted.only you might later be screened out after.but the experience is worthwile.

@donchinchin:same thing here,i combed all da branches of sky and 1st bank on my axis..and like u said most of da bankers dont even know da meaning of ptdf!!..well da website said "designated branches"so i guess its to know the designated branches in question...as not all branches of the fore mentioned banks are obliged to have dem...but how do we get dis scratch cards some one pls help nai hav bin asking 4 heeellleep 4 ages now!!

go to their headquaters,or major branches.bt its not out yet in the banks only online for nw.maybe from friday we shall see it in banks.
