Congrats to all called. Maybe i'll just wait and finish NYSC once and for all.

I also receive a text yesterday evening inviting me for medical test at our Head office.

Na wa OO!! for these Lafarge guys, people have been called for med tests while they just got to me for the first time, might be bcos of the positions I applied CCR supervisors and Quary Manager. the mail for them both are as below. Is it in batches or something??

@soromi, i studied electrical engineering, there's been no verbal offer yet, just an invitation for pre-employment medical test

i also got a text msg inviting me for a pre-employment medical yesterday.wld love to know wat the offer is like b4 i move from my present place of employment.anybody with a useful info can pls help?

@All invited for the pre-employment medical test,my advice is that you should go for the test,no need to resign from your present job,the test is to test ur blood pressure level,ur reaction to dust particle(Tuberculosis test) ,blood group and genotype test,and other health related issues.

After the test u will be called if you are medically fit, most cases it is just formalities not against u.

The pay pack should be fair.....i dont know how much,depending on ur previous experience and bargain.

IT depends on what level they decide to put you on but ranging i think the pay is between 1.4 and 2m for the probation period. but the company is international and for an engineer the experience is really worth it.

Just got a text message now that i should come for an interview at Wapco Lakatabu plant,Ewekoro on 3rd of June.

I applied for the post of Middle Level Engineer and i wrote the test on 31st of March.....

So,guys that have gone through the interview stages,please can you furnish us with the details...
i need it like the air i breathe in.....

most of the questions will be based on ur work experience in your CV.try also to acquaint urself with HSE safety rules.they ll also ask u why u would like to join dem.

i was invited for medicals,cldnt make it but shld be there nxt week
