  1. Head of Exploration and Production: (REF: HEP 11)

Roles and Responsibilities:
The position reports directly to the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer. Successful candidate will aspire to a future position of Executive Director, E&P and will:
· Develop and deliver the approved E&P Business Plan.
· Ensure adequate resources - manpower, facilities and budgets, are secured for executing the E&P business plan.
· Maintain good relation with and database of external resources and vendors as needed for contracts, E&P business and out sourcing.
· Interpret tender requirements and deliver successful bids and contracts.
· Liaise effectively with various stakeholders and Government in rigorous pursuit and delivery of contracts.
· Comply with MISOL Policy on HSE, Ethics and Code of Conduct as enshrined in MISOL PRIDE Trademark.
· Carry out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Candidate should have excellent analytical skills, excellent oral and written communications skills and be able to interact effectively with government agencies and various Clients and stakeholders. He should be familiar with the Nigerian oil industry and be able to work independently.
Candidate should be able to articulate the MISOL Vision and Mission in departmental plans, budgets and be an effective leader.

Candidate should have a degree in engineering or earth sciences with a minimum of FIVE YEARS cognate experience in the oil industry most of which should be in E&P.
A post graduate qualification will be an advantage. He should have demonstrated experience in field development planning working with vendors and contractors and be able to negotiate contracts.

2. Head of Information and Communications Technology: (REF: HICT 11)
Roles and Responsibilities:
The position reports directly to the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer. Successful candidate will aspire to a future position of Executive Director, ICT and will:
· Develop and deliver the approved ICT Business Plan and Profitability Targets.
· Develop markets for and deploy MISOL’s ICT products and services, e.g., IP Video Security and Telepresence Technologies, Remote Operations and Capability Implementation, etc.
· Co-ordinate after sales technical services to ensure optimum performance of products.
· Ensure that effective ICT provision is in place to support the business and maintain an ICT strategy that ensures that the company is prepared for changes in its nature of business, ICT technology and market developments
· Ensure adequate resources - manpower, facilities and budgets, are secured for executing the ICT business plan.
· Agree ICT service standards with all stakeholders and ensure that proper access controls and data protection arrangements are in place for all ICT systems.
· Lead and manage the ICT function setting direction and standards for service delivery and provide customer focused service to both internal and external customers.
· Maintain good relation with and database of external resources and vendors as needed for contracts, ICT business and out sourcing.
· Interpret tender requirements and deliver successful bids and contracts.
· Liaise effectively with various stakeholders and Government in rigorous pursuit and delivery of contracts.
· Comply with MISOL Policy on HSE, Ethics and Code of Conduct as enshrined in MISOL PRIDE Trademark.
· Carry out other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, computer technology is required.
· In depth knowledge of software, hardware and LAN/WAN integration is required.
· In depth knowledge of IP Video, Cloud Computing and Telepresence Technologies is required.
· Good analytical and interpersonal skills with excellent oral and communications skills.
· Possession of an MBA will be an advantage.
· He should posses at least THREE YEARS years experience in ICT management.


  1. Office Assistant (REF: OA 11)

This position shall render and coordinate office support services for the company. It will be responsible for checking all documents and other materials and comparing them for accuracy and completeness. Candidate will compose and type documents and memoranda and collect, sort, batch, code various documents for filing, storage and processing. Candidate should be internet saavy and able to conduct internet based research. This position will handle and process mails, handle telephone enquiries, visitors, process bills, etc.

The candidate should be amiable with a pleasant personality and should have excellent communication skills both oral and written and should be able to interface between the company and third parties effectively.

Candidate should possess HND in secretarial studies or business administration with 3 years experience in office administration. Should be familiar with Microsoft application packages.
