Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Job Description

  • Manage all maintenance activities in the company,
  • Ensuring the proper working of all systems in the facility,
  • Prepare and implement short term and long term maintenance programs,
  • Complying with all corporate policies and the Occupational Safety and health administration rules while carrying out maintenance functions.
  • Manage an effective maintenance team; provide leadership and motivation to the team
  • Demonstrate a high level of safety awareness to ensure all sub-ordinates are aware of standards expected.
  • Assure Asset Integrity standards are maintained by planning, organizing, scheduling and controlling all maintenance work for assigned field asset
  • Lead the execution of maintenance assuring that all allocated responsibilities are dealt with accordingly.


Requirements

  • A minimum of fifteen (15) years' experience in an onshore/offshore rig/ drilling oil and gas environment and around 5 years in a similar role as well as a strong background in the Oil and Gas sector.
  • Experience with implementation of maintenance strategies
  • Proved experience working with service/maintenance of production facilities for oil & gas such as rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, generators, CAT engines, cranes, turbines, HVAC) and static components (pressure vessels, coolers, valves) in either field or factory setting is desirable
  • Experience with data acquisition methods as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) process, CMMS background and experience using other reliability centered tools and applications experience is mandatory
  • Ability to work effectively and prioritize in a high performance, fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to delegate work assignments, give authority to work independently, set expectations and monitor delegated activities
  • Managerial, supervisory and hands on experience in onshore/ offshore facilities.
  • Inspires and motivates others to work well and accepts feedback
