They have given us a mandate to employ a National Industrial Manager. The salary scale is very impressive. I am running out of time and i still haven't found impressive resume. The Job specs are as follows:

The candidate must have a Good University Degree from a reputable institution in Science, Electro mechanics and/or an Engineering Related field. Candidate must be proficient in English. French is an added advantage but not compulsory.

He/she must have a minimum of 5-10 years post-qualification as head maintenance and operations or in a similar position.

Candidate’s experience should cover the following areas:
• Knowledge of IMS procedures
• Safety and reliability of operations
• Production management
• Risk control and HSE
• Knowledge of regulations
