Friend of mine just got this mail, just tried the portal and apparently candidates can still apply:

Go to www.dragnetnigeria.com/telecoms

Click on Proceed (next to “If you already have an ID click proceed to login”)

Provide your ID and password and click on login

Scroll to the bottom of the page and tick the check box next to “I have read and agreed with the terms of contract above”

Click on ‘Save Profile’

You may then logout, if you meet the criteria, you will be contacted for an interview.
