Hi plz does anyone has an idea of this company's pay package, am in PH and dont want to stress myself travelling to Abj if the pay is not good?

You would simply be asked for your previous pay before they finalise your package.
No corporate organisation has a defined pay for a particular position because they will always try to better your previous package...that's why you can find managers or officers earning more than their colleagues.
Perseverance, Persistence and faith in GOD is all i need.
d company is own by lebanes and i dont think dey pay wel bcos a friend of my working in jubali bros collect 35k as admin officer and his company has thesame policies with JMG
