Jevkon Oil and Gas Ltd. – One of the major players in the maritime sector, with head office in Ikoyi Lagos requires the service of a highly resourceful and self motivated individual with the required Knowledge, Skills and Ability to fill the position of:


Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Chairman


Location: Lagos


Job Responsibilities
Attend to the Chairman’s mails and promptly reply the mails, if need be.
Organize and maintain diaries and make appointments for the Chairman.
Deal with incoming emails, faxes and posts; often correspond on behalf of the Chairman.
Arrange travel and accommodation; and occasionally travel with the Chairman to take notes at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
Carry out background research on projects and present findings to the Chairman.
Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff on Chairman’s behalf.
Source and order stationery and other office equipment.
Carry out other Personal Assistant related duties.
Perform other duties assigned
Qualifications and Experience
Must be a graduate from a recognized University.
Knowledge of the following is a must: Corel Draw 12-15; Adobe Photoshop; Microsoft word, Excel & PowerPoint; a good idea of web design & Programming.
Must have good communication skills both written and verbal.
Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
Must be flexible and ready to multitask.
Must possess problem solving skills to be able to take initiative.
Must have at least three years experience as a Personal Assistant to a top management executive.
Experience in Maritime will be an advantage.
