I tried registerin as a new user wit INEC from yster nyt til dis mornin, but it keeps sayin either "use a diff. user ID" or "email add. already in use". I wasted my time tryin over and over again, thinkin it was d network. But it wasnt. Wans it says, "use a diff. user ID", open a different inec app. page and sign in wit d user id nd password nd continue wit ur application. All d best, folks.

@ DENASS. YOU ARE CORRECT THAT IS THE PRESENT PROBLEM WITH SITE . ALL THE PROFILE WHICH YOU TRIED HAS BEEN CREATED BUT IT WILL TELL YOU " use a diff. user ID" or "email add. already in use"
ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS , GO BACK TO THE LOG IN PAGE AND LOG IN WITH PROFILE YOU ARE TRYING TO CREATE. IT WILL LOG YOU IN. THAT IS THE LATEST PROBLEM WITH SITE.
